Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• New, unused, and undamaged
• Returned in their original packaging

How to Start a Return

2. We will confirm your eligibility and provide the return mailing address.
3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You may use any trusted carrier with tracking. Keep your shipment receipt until your refund is processed.

Restocking Fee

A flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection costs.
This fee will be waived if the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
